Living as the family of God
“Church” is far more than 2 hours on a Sunday morning. It’s God’s people being Committed to Community- sharing life and becoming increasing more like Jesus together.
Communities of 8–12 people regularly share a meal around a table… praying for one another, caring, living generously, being transformed by The Word, and sharing the Good News in their neighborhood.
Mission Community Leaders are people who lead others in living the way of Jesus together. Simply put… are people who love God and have a heart for discipling people. They live a life ordered around the way of Jesus. Community Leaders help lead a community of 8–12ish people who share life by regularly having meals around a table… praying for each other, caring for one another, being Transformed By The Word, and sharing the Good News in their neighborhood.

Some of our communities are listed here on the website. Most of these are starting points into community at Mission Church. Not every community is listed—because healthy community isn’t about getting bigger, it’s about being known, loved, and becoming more like Jesus together.
