Who We Are

Mission Church church started around 60 years ago in the Spokane Valley by people who were helping people find and follow Jesus. We have the same purpose today. Kyle Kingsley along with his wife Lindsey took on the Lead Pastor role in 2021. We are connected with 75,000 other churches world wide known as The Foursquare Church.

  • The Church Council is a group of volunteers who provide accountability and oversight for the church finances, risk assessment, and major facility improvements. The council is led by the Lead Pastor and includes Bruce Mjelde, Jeff Watson, Mike Spuler, Tom Kelly, Sam Hall, and Stephen Ramirez.

  • We believe God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The three are coequal and are one God. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who became human to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world. The Holy Spirit lives in each Christian providing them with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right as we let Him lead our daily lives.

  • We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that people were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error and the foundation to following Jesus.

  • We believe we can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. He offers the free gift of eternal life to all who believe in him and follow him.
